SEASONS IN STYLE BEST PRICE GUARANTEE

If you find your holiday at a lower price within 24 hours of making your booking, Seasons In Style will match it if:

1) The lower price is still available when we check. 

2) The lower price is for the exact same room that you’ve booked with seasonsinstyle.co.uk including:

• Same hotel 
• Same room type 
• Same Occupancy & Board Type
• Same check-in and check-out dates 
• Same booking conditions 

3) The exact same flight dates and class of travel defined as the same booking code, for example an airline may only have two or three classes of service, they will use approximately five to ten different booking codes in order for them to control the amount of each fare level sold. 

4) The price quoted must be with one of the following travel companies, Abercrombie & Kent, Carrier, Elegant Resorts, ITC Classics, Kuoni, British Airways Holidays and Western & Oriental.

5) Price match only applies to hotels featured on www.seasonsinstyle.co.uk

If we can't match the lower price because of these five terms, you keep your existing reservation - including the cancellation policy. 

DATA PROTECTION POLICY

Your booking:

In order to process your booking and to ensure that your travel arrangements run smoothly and meet your requirements we and your travel agent will need to use the information you provide such as name, address, any special needs/dietary requirements etc. 
We take full responsibility for ensuring that proper security measures are in place to protect your information. We must pass the information on to the relevant suppliers of your travel arrangements such as airlines, hotels, transport companies etc. The information may also be provided to security or credit checking companies, public authorities such as customs/immigration if required by them, or as required by law. 
Additionally, where your holiday is outside the European Economic Area (EEA), controls on data protection in your destination may not be as strong as the legal requirements in this country. We will not however, pass any information onto any person not responsible for part of your travel arrangements. This applies to any sensitive information that you give to us such as details of any disabilities, dietary or religious requirements. (If we cannot pass this information to the relevant suppliers, whether in the EEA or not, we cannot provide your booking. In making this booking, you consent to this information being passed on to the relevant persons.)
Please note that where information is also held by your travel agent, this is subject to your agents own data protection policy.
You are entitled to a copy of your information held by us. If you would like to see this please contact Data Protection Controller at Seasons in Style. [We may make a small charge for providing this to you].

Credit Card Charges:

Prices advertised apply to payment by cash or debit card. A 2.5% charge will apply to payment by credit card. 

Marketing:

Should you order a brochure via the Seasons in Style website, or book a holiday with Seasons In Style, we will hold the information collected, and may use it to inform you of offers in the future or to send you brochures. Because your privacy is important to us, we do not disclose your details or information given to Seasons to any third party. If you do not wish to receive such approaches in the future, please contact Seasons In Style on 01244 202 001.
